I purchased a Techwood 42" Plasma in December 2003 as i wanted it on the wall the cable would have been too short.The Curry stores manager (Darlington Store) convinced me he would deliver an extended cable with the TV.

When TV arrived NO CABLE and now 5 months latter still no cable. And having put this to my local Trading Standards Office .Curry's has proposed a full refund or £25 vochure. That will not pay for cable ,and room has been decorated around TV on wall.

Curry's Customer Service says thats all they need to do by law. I know NEVER to purchase anything from this Group again.

TV is i must say Excellent for the price !!

Now that you've had your plasma for a while have you seen any problems?

I have just bought this screen. I purchased a 5M cable from their spares department. Think it cost about £30 try it.
