When sending a still image (jpg) via my DCS-2100+ cameras FTP server to my web page directory the file on the web server is always zero (0) bytes and named video.tmp. When logging into the DCS-2100 I see the video.jpg file and if downloaded to my local desktop it's a valid "viewable file"....
